Section 01
Our little handshake
TL;DR
Using QuestSetu means you agree to these terms. Setting up a child account means you confirm you are their parent, guardian or teacher.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and CodexLabs AI Private Limited and govern your use of the QuestSetu website, apps and services. If you create an account for a child, you confirm you are their parent, legal guardian or authorised educator and accept these Terms on their behalf.

Who can join the world
TL;DR
Grown-ups aged 18+ run the accounts. Kids get their own safe profiles, managed by a parent or teacher.
Parents, guardians, educators and school staff must be 18 or older to create and manage accounts. Child profiles are created and managed by a parent, guardian or educator. Keep your password private, provide current information, and tell support right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity on child profiles, give consent for the limited data use in our Privacy Policy, manage settings and billing, and may request a copy or deletion of your childтАЩs data.

Section 04
Plans, payments & refunds
TL;DR
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Activated digital services are generally non-refundable except where our policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
Current prices and taxes are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Pricing and checkout pages. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Account Settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not refund the current paid period. Refunds, membership pauses, extensions and promotional credits are governed by our Refund, Cancellation, Membership Pause & Promotional Credit Policy. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments; QuestSetu does not store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials.

How to play fair

Be kind, make original things, and do not try to break or misuse QuestSetu.
You may create educational content, participate under community guidelines and use AI tools for learning. You may not scrape content, bypass security or parental controls, post harmful material, share household credentials, or use the service for unauthorised commercial tutoring.

Your original creations stay yours; QuestSetu content and brand stay protected.
QuestSetu content, branding, code and learning materials are owned by CodexLabs AI Private Limited Content you create remains yours; you give us a limited licence to store and show it so the service works. QuestSetu trademarks may not be used without written permission.

About Buddy AI
TL;DR
Buddy is designed for safe learning, but important answers should always be checked with a grown-up or trusted source.
Buddy AI is configured with child-safety filters and is for educational assistance only. AI outputs can be inaccurate and should be independently verified. Users may not attempt to bypass safety filters; interactions may be reviewed for safety and anonymised improvement.

The service is provided as available, liability is limited where law permits, and we will notify you about important changes.
The Service is provided as available without all implied warranties. Educational outcomes vary and we do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, QuestSetu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or ┬г100 GBP.

If itтАЩs time to say goodbye
TL;DR
You can cancel or request deletion; QuestSetu may suspend accounts for serious rule-breaking, fraud or non-payment.
You may cancel a subscription in Account Settings and request account deletion through support@questsetu.com. We may suspend or end an account for a material breach, fraud, non-payment, or where immediate action is needed for safety or legal reasons.
