Our safety promise
Child safety is a core product requirement: adult-managed accounts, child-appropriate experiences, no targeted advertising and clear reporting routes.
This policy explains the safety principles used across QuestSetu, operated by CodexLabs AI Private Limited. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Accounts built safe by default
Children use profiles created within an adult-managed family or educator account, with permissions and learning access controlled by that adult.
Child profiles sit inside a parent, guardian or authorised educator account.
Adult accounts use verified authentication details and role-based access.
Learning content and available tools are selected for the learner’s profile and role.
Parents can manage child settings, permissions and screen-time features where available.
Child information is not presented as a public profile for stranger discovery.
Parents and educators receive the progress and safety visibility provided for their role.
Who a child can talk to
QuestSetu does not provide open stranger messaging or public child-profile discovery.

How safety checks work
Automated controls help detect unsafe activity; reports and escalations require human review and appropriate action.
QuestSetu may restrict or suspend access while a serious safety concern is investigated and may make legally required reports.
How child-facing AI is kept safer
Child-facing AI is constrained for learning, filtered for unsafe content and paired with adult oversight and reporting paths.

- 🆘High-risk or distress content should encourage immediate support from a trusted adult or emergency service.

What we ask of grown-ups
Keep the adult login private, choose suitable settings, review activity and create a simple no-blame reporting rule with the child.

- 🔐Keep the adult account, password and one-time codes private.
- 📆Review progress and activity information periodically.
- 🗣️Agree on a no-blame rule: the child can report anything uncomfortable straight away.
- 📵Disable or avoid features that are not suitable for the child.
- 🧑🏫Educators should also follow their organisation’s safeguarding and escalation procedures.
Reporting a concern
If danger is immediate, contact local emergency services. For a QuestSetu concern, email support@questsetu.com and include enough detail to investigate.
What helps us investigate
- 🧾The responsible adult’s account email and the relevant child profile name.
- 📍The feature, lesson, message or AI interaction involved.
- 🕐When it happened and any safe screenshot or reference available.
Do not forward illegal content unnecessarily. Preserve the original device or link and follow directions from emergency services or law enforcement.
